It is a full day of one beautiful site after another. I've always wanted to get there because of seeing them on TV, reading about them in books etc. Go Cotswolds Guided Tour was an excellent tour. Mark our tour guide was informative, friendly, helpful, and very witty! The transportation was comfortable and clean. I really liked that Mark took us through the villages and then let us get out and explore on our own. This was the best tour of our 4 - city trip to Europe. More...

We had a fantastic tour on 28 July 2002 (Cotswolds in a Day) and would highly recommend Go Cotswolds to anyone. We visited many beautiful places during the day, but the drive itself in the comfortable bus was also a great experience. We drove only on minor roads in the beautiful countryside, all the while Tom, our skilled driver and guide, told us about the area's history, present and future with great expertise and commitment. We have just finished a tour of The Cotswolds and had a brilliant day! Tom couldn't have done more or informed us more about the fabulous places we visited and even about some that we didn't! It's very clear he has extended knowledge and a true love of his home town area. The bus was clean, on time and air conditioned and the timings of the stops during the day just about perfect. Just spent the most marvelous day touring with Go Cotswolds! We saw all of the postcard highlights, and got to visit some of the quiet towns scattered among the beautiful countryside. Tom was an excellent guide, pacing the day perfectly, and sharing his obvious love of the area while zipping along back country roads known only to locals. We also had ample time to explore on our own. Even before we booked, Lisa was incredibly helpful at answering our questions about the area. If you want to explore the Cotswolds, or would even like an overview before exploring on your own, I highly recommend Go Cotswolds as the first item on your itinerary! More...

Our group of 16 people (9 adults and 7 children ranging in age from 4 to 11) took a private tour of the Cotswolds, led by Tom of Go Cotswolds! What a delightful day we had! Tom picked us up at the Moreton-in-Marsh train station and we were off to Snowshill, the Cotswolds Lavender Farm, Bourton-on-the-Water, Bibury and Stow-on-the-Wold. Tom gave us a lot of interesting history and information about the Cotswolds on the way to each stop and was always there to answer any questions we might have. His communication beforehand was always prompt and he was a tremendous help in us coming up with our itinerary. The vehicle held all 16 of us very comfortably and I can safely say that all of us, both children and adults, thoroughly enjoyed our day. We would definitely use Go Cotswolds! again should we plan another similar outing. I'm hoping we will, too, because there is so much still to see! Well done, Tom and Go Cotswolds! More...

Go Cotswolds is the best way to visit lots of Villages and Towns in one day, especially like us, you're not sure where to go. Mark was very entertaining and very knowledgeable about the Cotswolds. The Itinerary was well thought out, we visited some lovely places and the length of stoppage time at each place was just right. Cotswolds walking trails and villages tour- It has been one of our best tours. Thanks Tom(our guide), you have been amazing throughout the tour- be it sharing knowledge on different interesting things about Cotswolds or guiding us through the walking trails, waiting for us for extra 5 mins at the last stop meeting point( we were late for some unavoidable situation, apologies for this Tom! ), taking few pics for us and the list goes on 🙂. I was expecting to see beautiful villages today but i got something unexpected, the walking trails have been the most ‘fantabulous’ attraction I would say. We have seen another side of cotswolds -full of green/yellow hills, quiet path through the fields, amazing picturesque sceneries on both sides of the road. The vehicle was clean(with all safety measures in place) and journey was very comfortable. Everything was on time. Thanks to the entire team for arranging such a lovely tour and giving us the experience which we’ll cherish rest of our lives. Highly recommend this tour if you truly want to see best of cotswolds (if you like walking that’s a bonus). Looking forward to my next tour tomorrow (Tom has really set high expectations :D).
