My daughter left my bag on the p12 bus and it contained my tablet and mobile phone along with my medication and personal paper work the driver found it handed it into there lost property when I called to find out if it had been handed in I found them very very helpful professional and for that I truley thankful to the staff and the p12 bus driver many thanks

Lost my telephone on a 363 bus. The driver found it, found my home number in the directory and called me to let me know I could collect it from the garage before I even realised I'd lost it. It was very easy to reclaim from the garage office, where lost property is efficiently catalogued and stored safely. Once again I'd like to thank the helpful driver and efficient office staff, as well as the bus operating company for implementing an effective procedure to reunite items of lost property with their owners.
