I stumbled upon this place and was first of all pleasantly surprised to find such a large showroom with so many choices . A lovely friendly lady - Rasha showed me all the choices I could have in a white worktop . She went beyond the duty of call to ensure I had the best stone for my kitchen by calling her suppliers and texting me back . Once I gave the kitchen design she carefully planned out how many stones I would need and gave me a fantastic price !! The other person Bilal the owner came several times to do quality checks and ensured the fitting was absolutely perfect . His attention to detail was amazing . The worktop I ordered was Calcutta gold which looks beautiful and was fitted meticulously. Overall I received excellent service and am happy recommend this place for best price and best material . I was recommended this company. It is run by brothers, who are pleasant and efficient. When you get the brothers (when to go to the shop or to speak to) they know what they are talking about. Others working for them, I would say are not as knowledgable or as helpful. First time, the guy wasn’t really helpful. When we were ready to decide and put an order, we gave them one last visit, we went back and this time we got eldest of the brothers. On day of putting in the worktops. They just got on with it and did a decent job. Very polite and professional. After they left, we did proper check and saw sealants wasn’t put in all the spaces that needed it. In addition, we noticed a stain (same day). We called straight away and another time. Told on both occasions they will come. Nothing, which is disappointing hence 4 stars (otherwise it would have been 5). I would still recommend them as I liked how they worked on the day and their politeness and compared to others price was decent (but do a thorough check). More...
