Please avoid - seem great at first, but it's a scam.
I never normally leave bad reviews - but I beg you not to use this firm.
Please don't be taken in by how professional they seem. Go via the NFRC instead - www.nfrc.co.uk.
GM Roofing were very charming at first, assured me they could fix a serious leak to my roof and provide a 10-year guarantee. This was April 2023. Fast forward to September 2023 - the leak is worse than ever, and it's now in more places. My room is ruined. GM Roofing said they'd come and assess, and didn't show up. They're now dodging my calls, refusing to return, and ignoring pleas for help.
I have had five (FIVE!) other roofing firms look at the roof, and been informed by all five that GM Roofing have completely scammed me. They didn't even complete the work they said they had - it's half done (hence the leak is worse). They charged me £7800 in cash, when the job should have cost around £2000. And the 10-year-guarantee never materialised despite repeated requests over email and Whatsapp - it's completely worthless.
Please avoid GM Roofing at all costs, and use an NFRC-approved trader instead.
