We all want to look great with a trim physique, six-pack abs, and muscles in the right places. But it takes a great deal of work and consistency and if you need help and direction, I can help you get started or get back on track.
First, a bit about me – I’m Gary, a personal trainer that turned my passion for healthy living and a fit lifestyle into a career that I love. I have over 5 years of experience in the fitness industry and love guiding my clients to become the best and healthiest version of themselves and I can do the same for you!k
My wide-ranging experience includes boxing, martial arts, marathon running, bodybuilding, weight loss or weight gain and motivational skills. Every workout I specially design for you will be something that I have used on myself so I know what works and what doesn’t. Having said that, I will adapt workouts based on your personal fitness goals and progress. From strength & conditioning to weight training or boxing, you will enjoy our sessions as well as the results after.
I’m passionate about what I do and encouraging my clients to make serious progress that does them a whole lot of good. Our sessions will be held live online and I also offer one-on-one sessions where possible.
