What do you love most about your job?
We love to provide excellent service and enjoy meeting new and existing customers. We really enjoy hearing about the difference our water softeners makes to people’s lives.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Gloucestershire Softeners was started in 2017 because our main business (DW Dunn Plumbing & Heating Ltd) was dealing with so many repairs due to limescale, the obvious thing to do was provide the solution, Water Softeners and Conditioners.
Why should our clients choose you?
We have 90+ years working in the Cotswolds and Swindon, with 8 engineers and a fully staffed office we can provide a well-organised service throughout the year for our 6,500 customers.
We are recognised as the leading installer of Kinetico Water Softeners in Gloucestershire and Swindon as well as our long-standing provision of gas and oil boiler installation, servicing and maintenance.
