Global believes in the long-term development of its security personnel. In addition to the qualification obtained in a security related discipline required to obtain a licence to work within the security Industry, We actively encourage staff to undertake Essential Skills courses, Apprenticeships and Team Leadership courses as part of their continual professional development.

All members of Global’s Security Team undertake additional training in Emergency First Aid, Fire Prevention & Control, Drugs Awareness & Physical Intervention Skills. As an ISO 9001:2015 recognised company, we can demonstrate our procedures and quality assurance.

All our operations are based on British Standards. BS 7858 for the vetting of staff, BS 7499 for the provision of Security Officers, BS 7960 for Door Supervisors and the BS 8406 Event Stewarding & Crowd Safety
