Glenn is a superb developer who has shown excellent coding skills, is adaptable to tasks and most importantly, is an excellent problem solver.
With minimal detail to hand and a tough deadline to meet, he was able to go above and beyond expectations, taking over from previous developers work and thoroughly audit and analyse their code to implement improvements that have made a huge difference to my clients mission critical applications.
