Just had an alarm installed by GLD Security. Graeme's own business and was very impressed by all aspects. He installed a security system for me and was an exemplary tradesman. Visited when he said he would both for the estimate and the job. Explained in detail what he thought was the most suitable system for my requirements and did not recommend things that were unnecessary. The work was done promptly and at a very reasonable price. Graeme did a great job fitting our new intruder alarm system. He was very friendly and customer focussed and initially spent time assessing our house and what our needs would be. He is also very knowledgeable about the market and answered any questions I had. On agreeing what would be needed, Graeme provided a very competitive quote for the work to be carried out. On fitting the system, he was punctual and did the work with a minimum of fuss, tidying up after himself which was impressive.
