Give the Dog a Comb

I found Penny after extensive research in groomers who are confident in dealing with nervous / anxious dogs as my rescue Westie has had trouble in the past. I was anxious myself but came out beaming as well as my little dog. Penny was so kind and understood Lilli had some issues with pain in her front legs but with patience and persistence we got there and she now looks and smells Devine! Matilda was very nervous at the groomers but since she met Penny she has been a different dog. She is so much calmer now having her groom. Penny is so good with her. Very patient and caring. I took my very nervous yorkie puppy to Penny today with severe matting as she’s so afraid of the brush. Penny did an amazing job, was so so patient and kind with Pixie and managed to make her look beautifully neat and smart, despite how much Pixie wriggled and tried to fight the clippers!
