Katherine is amazing!!! 2 years ago my husband and I had an idea to move to Australia. We then tried to see how we could do it, but it was such a minefield! !! thankfully we found Katherine, she was able to turn our idea into a plan. Throughout I listened to her and did one step at a time which felt less overwhelming. As a nurse this meant Going through nursing registration process and assessment to then applying for visas. I cannot thank Katherine enough for helping me to secure my visa to Australia. I first made contact with her at the start of January 2019 and was granted my visa on 28th November. Katherine was a pleasure to work with, answered all my questions (and there were A LOT!), and was clear, honest and open from the start of the process. Katherine is a real gem. Having spoken to other migration agent, and feeling very pressured, Katherine was a total breath of fresh air. She is friendly, responds quickly to emails, and has been invaluable in helping us to navigate the minefield of applying for killed independent visas. Dear Katherine, I hope this finds you well. Just wanted to drop you a line to say hello and to let you know that we are finally settled in Australia! I can't believe that we have been here for nearly 7 weeks- the first month was a bit of a crazy blurr , with so much to sort out coupled with jet lag! We are now living in a beautiful rental property in point cook- 20 minutes walk from the station. The Cats all arrived safely and are also settling in well. I am finding that I fall more in love with this country every day- and am really looking forward to the summer. It's also such a gift to finally be reunited with my sister and meet my niece! We just wanted to thank you again for all of your help, support, reassurance and positivity. You played such an enormous role in helping us get here- I don't think we could have done it without you to be honest. We met Katherine back in the uk around 2 years ago. When we were thinking about coming to Oz. My now hubby already had PR. But I didn't. At the time we were not married. It was decided that I came to Oz on a Tourist visa. Firstly to see if I would actually like it. We arrived in Brisbane on 17/1/15. Needless to say we loved it. City views. The story bridge. Gold Coast/Sunshine coast. Endless sunny days. Once here for 6 months we contacted Katherine again to start putting the wheels in motion for my residency. As we were getting married out here we decided to go for the martial visa. After a lot of paperwork. And lots of historical family questions my temporary visa for 8months was issued in Jan 2016. Which meant I could now work. Once we got married in Feb 2016. I was able to apply for my Temporary resident visa. Valid for 2 years. With no restrictions. Which was issued today. Yah.. I had spoken with two different agents before I eventually found Katherine. Both of them seemed to be trying to talk me out of even contemplating the visa process. Then I bought the Australia & New Zealand Magazine. I saw Katherine's advert in there and decided to call her up. What I noticed immediately was her determination to find a way to help me get a visa. Katherine's experience and knowledge is invaluable. She helped me every step of the way, giving advice, answering emails when needed and speaking on the phone many times until I was in a position to apply. Six weeks after submitting my application, my 189 was granted. That was in April. I leave for Sydney in November. Something I thought I'd only ever be able to dream of.
