You can benefit at any age. It helps you deal with your choices, your emotions, make decisions and face any challenge you’re experiencing.
· This can help you, if you want to make your life easier and create lasting change to bring more energy to what you’re passionate about!

HOW?
· It’s confidential; it’s 50 minutes long. The first session I’ll spend 10 minutes explaining how it works as well.
· I give no advice, and make no judgements.
· I ask you questions based on what you say.
· The purpose is for you to get clear on what you want, what you are doing and feeling, and what beliefs you currently have fuelling those actions and feelings. Knowing this you can change your life in specific simple steps.
· I offer this by video call or face to face near Bath, UK.

WHY ME?
· I’m unusual as I won’t give you advice. I believe you have your own answers as you walk in your shoes.
· I listen to you with 100% of my attention.
· I want the best for you.
· I ask a question every time you pause, or you can talk for the whole session and I’ll leave you with a question: it’s YOUR session to use your way.
