Georgina photographed our wedding in December and SHE WAS THE BEST! She is such a kind, friendly and amazingly talented photographer and nothing was too much trouble for her, even getting soaking wet and muddy! She fitted in perfectly with our wedding guests and we did nothing but laugh from start to finish. She made us feel relaxed and calm throughout the day and captured the most beautiful photos. We didn't want to spend a fortune on a photography package for our wedding and Georgina's basic package which covered the ceremony itself and a couple of hours afterwards was absolutely perfect for what we were looking for. From the minute we chose Georgina to be our photographer we absolutely knew we’d made the right decision! The professionalism was clear from the start but along with it came a warmth of the personal touch. Georgina kept in regular contact with us throughout the preparation of our wedding and no request was too big. We had a pre meet at our wedding venue to have a walk around and gain an idea of any shots we wanted to ensure the day ran smoothly. And then came the day - what can I say, our guests loved her, she was incredible with the girls getting ready in the morning, went way above and beyond what we were expecting. We had our group photos and a nice walk just as a couple and georgina captured some of the most beautiful of pictures possible, really shooting the best of both our guests and the venue itself. Then came the day we received them. No words can really describe it. The photos literally tell you everything you need to know and the extra special slideshow georgina put together was breathtaking. We relived our day through the slideshow and saw moments we had missed even on the day itself. We can’t thank you enough for everything you’ve done for us! We had a lovely relaxing photo shoot with our 3 week old newborn in the comfort of our own home meaning it was really convenient for nappy changes etc. Georgina even managed to photograph our very wild but very lovely cocker spaniel too during the session! What can I say? it was a pleasure to work with Georgina. She was so down to earth and was on the same page for a lot of the planned shots.
Georgina was like a ninja sometimes, getting some of the most beautiful candid photos, and some of the best shots of my little cousins I have ever seen! (I have never seen little Lucas smile for a photo EVER and you managed it!)

Georgina photographed my Wedding in August and did a phenomenal job. We booked her for the full day (from bridal preparations through to just after our first dance).
We had a handful of staged photographs following the ceremony but on the whole wanted to have relaxed images captured throughout the day to give us fantastic memories to look back on. Georgina captured everything and so many of our guests said how friendly and lovely she was too. For me it was like having an extra friend around whist getting ready and she's a pleasure to be with.

What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
There isn't a secret - it's all about being in the moment, wanting to creatively capture and document the day exactly how it unfolds. I want people to feel exactly how they did on the day, all that emotion to come flooding back, just by looking at a single photograph.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
What they want to get out of it. - As much as I can ask them question after question, I need to know that we are a correct fit.. Every photographer has a different way of working.. a different style.. and you want to know that this suits the clients ideas. After all, your photographer is generally at your wedding all day and you want to know it’s someone you can relax around, but also that they’re going to produce wonderful photographs that the client actually wants!
What do you love most about your job?
That I get to photograph people in love! As cheesy as it sounds I love to photograph people at their happiest... emotions, love, family and friends coming together, the celebrations and awkward but enthusiastic dancing! Everything about a wedding day just makes me feel all warm inside and I feel so happy that I get to share that special day with you!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I began my business a number of years ago after studying photography at university. Since I was little I’ve always had a camera in my hand (from a disposable one.. through to a full SLR). My mum was always proud of my creative eye, but it was only when a friend came to me and asked me to photograph her wedding which seemed to me to come from out of nowhere that I thought I should give it a go. From there, I loved capturing the day so much, the happiness, the emotion, the love between the couple, and felt I had a smile on my face all day that I realised this was all I wanted to do. I couldn’t imagine another job without photography being involved now!
Why should our clients choose you?
As many of my past clients will tell you.. to every person looking for a photographer, I will never ever pressure someone to book. A client should choose me because they feel I’m the right fit, they think we will get along, but most importantly, they love my work. It comes down to me freezing their memories in time and capturing that in photo form, so it has to be right for them.
