What do you love most about your job?
Seeing the happiness and health that results from my guidance and my Clients' efforts, which work together to achieve results.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I became a healthier and fitter person myself some years ago, and saw the results for myself- better health, more confidence, even increased interest from potential partners. Exercise and good nutrition changed my life for the better, and I want to pass that on to others and let them become the happiest version of themselves.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have a genuine care and passion for clients' health, inside and out. An attractive body is great, but feeling good on the inside is at least as important, and so is having a healthy body. This is why I endeavour to make sure that my clients not only look great on the outside, but are healthy on the inside, too.

I can provide online services and support, but I do believe that face-to-face sessions are much more effective, particularly for those new to exercise.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I am able to wear a mask and keep socially distanced, if requested by my client, and I ensure that sanitary gel and/or wipes are available to be used at all times.
