Gemma is by far the best pt I’ve worked with. Exercise is actually fun with Gemma! She’s motivational yet at the same time you have a laugh with her.

The best PT around!
Gemma has always been so helpful, kind, calm, cool and collected!
I can be hard work and lazy but Gemma always gives me the kick I need (and she doesn't make me do burpees!!!) Wouldn't use anyone else!

Thanks Tara, I remember the first time you came to my Boot Camp and couldn't do 1 sit up and within weeks you were smashing them out and look at how amazing you look now from 4 Year's ago.

What is a dream body may not be a dream body for anyone else? By making sure that we work on the mind as well as fitness, which go hand in hand. Ensuring that we work together to get the mindset in the right direction before starting.

I love my job when my clients are happy. It's not always going to be a east journey but being beside you all the way is what I love, the good, the bad and the ugly part of the journey.

I was never into running or sports day as a child and always sat or hid at the back. That was until I found the love if weights! Everyone told me that as a women I shouldn't lift weights and I listened to them for a long time and after I had my children I knew I needed to lose weight and get fit. I made my own fitness plan and set myself goals. During that time all I saw was fit pts and many had no idea how or what it was like to not enjoy fitness and spoke down to me. I swore I would never be like that. I believe we need more pts that understand that life gets in the wat and its not an excuse it's just a reason.

I'm not going to say because I'm this and that cause I'm not everyone's cup of tea, we are all different and we all suit different types of pts depending in our personality. You need to find one that suits you and you get on with.

I provide in person pt and online pt. This helps me support each of my clients needs as everyone is different and has their own lives and commimenrs.
As a online trainer I am far more able to give support than a pt who will only be thinking of you when you are in your session.

During covud it made it much more difficult to pt my clients by going online I was able to keep my clients and myself safe. If in person pt we maintain a safe distance and I have had both my vaccines and regularly have tests to ensure that I can keep everyone as safe as possible.
