What’s your interior design process?
We like to speak with our client, then if possible meet them. Visit the property / site. Then we can build a picture of what is needed and know which direction to head in. Then we go through the brief and any inspiration images.
We would create an estimated design fee, following approval of that we get started, presentations throughout the process then building work would start or purchasing by us or the client then completion. Thats a very rough guide to the process and keep in mind that each client and project is unique and there fore there isn't usually a one size fits all type of 'design process'.

What do you love most about your job?
I absolutely love meeting our clients and making their dreams become reality. Its a long and sometimes very complicated process and we enjoy taking on the burden whilst our clients enjoy all the best bits.
Making a house a home for a client and everyone that lives in or visits that home is a privilege.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I trained at KLC in 2007 and since then have worked for some great designers. 2020 was the year for me to take on my own clients and start my own business. During this challenging year we have been incredibly busy and have been running two large renovations. We are so excited for 2021 and all the new client we will meet.

Because we listen.
We don't force anything on our clients. We work with them and are involved as little or as much as they need. We can guide and assist or we can take over and drive it to completion.

Yes we can and it works ok, however ideally we need to see the property but its on case by case and there is always a way to work around any restrictions
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We would ensure we follow all government guidelines.
