Best Day Ever! We still can't believe what an amazing day we had and how easy Parley made it for us to enjoy our wedding and not have to worry about a thing. Viktorjia is an incredible asset to Parley and looked after us throughout our entire wedding experience. Prior communication was perfect, so we knew what to expect and didn't stress unnecessarily. Viktorija was extremely patient throughout our rehearsal, and we can't thank her enough for her help and general presence on the day of the wedding to help everything run smoothly. The way everything was handled and organised was perfect and exactly what we needed for an easy going experience leading up to the wedding. The grounds are stunning, and all of the beautiful accommodation for before and after the wedding adds to the overall experience. Initially we were a little bit worried by how many weddings they have back-to-back to each other and how this might affect our day. But I can honestly say everything is handled so professionally and organised in such a precise way that you have your own spaces before, during and after your wedding, and they always make you feel so special and important to them - which wasn't the impression we got when looking at other venues. Poor customer service, I have had a complaint on going now for 7 months. I am sure Parley will dispute this claim and tell yet more lies. Despite raising a formal complaint - speaking to Viktorija, Zara and now the ‘partner’ Gwen i have being consistently ignored, with no apology for their behaviour, fobbed off for want of a better word even though they are currently behaving outside of Trading Standards guidlines. I feel I have no choice to take to social media to attract their attention and implore them to communicate through the appropriate channels, using the formal complaints procedure- of which it is clear they don’t have. I wouldn’t recommend, I would also be careful who you give your money to. More...

We attended here for a friends wedding and it was nothing short of amazing, the day was just brilliant made all the better for David I think it was (The announcer/compare) 5* just for him! ! The only negative comment I could make is that we stayed in the house of which the room was just gorgeous but the breakfast the next morning was nothing short of horrendous! For the cost of the hotel room we were extremely disappointed! One sausage, One egg, (mushrooms, tomato which I can't eat), cremated potato chunks which were inedible and the smallest pot of beans I've ever seen! More...

From the moment we drove down the driveway on our first visit to view Parley Manor, we knew this was our dream venue! Viktorija and the full team who are all just amazing made our day the most perfect ever 💕 From initial communications, meetings, recommendations for suppliers, to keeping a very nervous bride calm on a slightly rainy morning of the wedding, and the running of the whole day seamlessly! All of our guests said what a wonderful wedding it was (and we also can't think of anything we would have done differently). The addition of the Bridle Wagon to stay in the night before with my bridesmaids is genius, just the perfect escape the night before the big day! And the breakfast the following morning was delicious (and special mention to the young gentleman who served us, he was very funny)! We just wanted to take a few minutes to thank every single one of your staff that made our wedding absolutely magical. It was the best day of our lives and you made it run like clockwork. Every single thing was thought about and executed to perfection and all our guests were saying what an incredible venue it was and how amazing the food and service was. The grounds looked magnificent and we'd highly recommend Parley Manor for your wedding. As they only do weddings their focus is 100% on you and in making it perfect for your special day, it was like having your own wedding planner, but without having to pay for it on top. A massive shout out to Viktorija and David who really did go above and beyond and couldn't do enough to make every part of our day perfect. In fact most of our guests have said how it was the best wedding they'd ever been too!! That's exactly what we wanted, everyone to enjoy it as much as us and boy did we enjoy every moment of it! All I can say is WOW! The best wedding I’ve ever been to! The staff at parley Manor made sure everything ran seamlessly & we’re so lovely, helpful & friendly from start to finish ensuring everything ran smoothly. I cannot fault in anyway. There is no words to describe how amazing our wedding day was at Parley Manor, from the beginning you all have been so friendly, accommodating and so quick to respond to anything we needed answering. From the beautiful grounds, the beautiful house and the incredible walled garden we always knew Parley Manor was the place for us to say ‘I Do’. We really made the most of the whole venue with us getting ready in the suite and you accommodating 10 of us in there, and using the house to stay the night of the wedding. All of it was just amazing. Merlin’s was just exquisite, Dave was amazing and the food was unbelievable the drinks were flowing and a lot of people commented it was the best food and drinks they’d ever had at a wedding. We can’t thank the staff at Parley Manor enough for the incredible wedding day we had. Throughout the entire process of planning until the day itself, Viktorija and the rest of the team were always on hand to assist us with any questions in a friendly, professional manner. We planned our wedding in less than four months and the final product was more than we could have dreamed of. On our wedding day, they made us feel extremely special and took care of us in a way that could only have been done by them! As well as painstakingly making sure that everything went to plan on the day, they also gave us a wedding gift after the ceremony, which was truly a special touch. Through their amazing ability to work together as a team along with the help of suppliers, the day ran extremely smoothly, and went off without a hitch. The grounds of this venue are beautiful and so unique. Our guests were wowed by the picturesque views and spectacular upkeep of Parley Manor from the moment they arrived on site. The bridal party was very well taken care of and all of our friends and family felt well accommodated for. It was a day that we’ll never forget. What a day! This venue is unmatched, the staff and the venue it’s self are beyond the best I have experienced! The food has to be some of the best I have ever had! The grounds are just amazing and you could get much better! I would 100% recommend the venue and also their recommend photographer (millard photography) and DJ (Gem Roadshow). These guys were amazing! Also we used a videographer called Fire Dove Films, Alex was amazing and wouldn’t have got anyone better! I would also recommend David Hopkins who is a master of ceremonies, he was so worth the money he kept our day going smooth and we didn’t have to worry about a thing! My son's and daughter in law's wedding was last Saturday and I was so impressed with the running of the whole day . The grounds are immaculate and beautiful, and the day was fantastically organised. Victoria, the wedding coordinator, was superb . David was in charge after the catering aspect, and again, the service and quality of the food were seamless . From our first meeting with Zara, to planning the day, the rehearsal, stay in the wagon the night before and up until checkout the day after, everything about my sisters wedding was on point. As the planner of the big day a lot of pressure was on my shoulders but Viktorija made us all feel at ease and left none of our questions unanswered. All of the staffs attention to detail made the day run so smoothly. Merlins food was delicious and their waiters and bar staff were just as fab. After having a family member fall ill during the wedding breakfast, David made us all at ease and looked after her so well. All of our friends and family say it was the best wedding they have ever been to and so much of that is down to the amazing venue and the amazing staff that run it. We were lucky to be invited to a friend's wedding at Parley Manor. Sadly the weather was not great - windy and wet, but that did not detract from what a beautiful venue this is. The drive up to the manor is beautiful with ponds, flowers, statues, ducks. Wedding ceremony marquee has beautiful flower displays with candles, and lights. The reception marquee was in an enclosed garden, with outside seating, cocktail bar. The marquee is a beautiful place to have a reception. The food was very good, we had a bbq with lots of tasty salads and fresh bread. Dessert was amazing and the White Chocolate and Strawberry Cheesecake was amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the day was led by an MC called David who was fantastic. He was very attentive, informative and kept the whole day running smoothly. Where to begin?! The wedding of my dreams and I have Viktorija & her team to thank. The venue and the grounds are breathtaking and so well looked after. Parley and Merlins were absolutely fantastic and their attention to detail/food/service was fantastic.Everyone was so helpful and nothing was ever too much for them. Communication was brilliant from our 1st viewing through to our wedding day. Viktorija was a superstar and the whole day ran so smoothly because of her. She is an asset to Parley Manor.
