Ian is an excellent tradesman, and a true gentleman. His work is first class and all work was done in an efficient and timely manner. He was always happy to explain the progress of the work when asked and he freely offered advice regarding the whole of the heating system. He kept all the floors covered for protection and our house was left clean and tidy as they left.When he visited our home to see what work we needed, I asked his advice regarding a broken valve that I was concerned about replacing ( I am no plumber), he took the new valve and within 5 mins the broken valve was removed and the new one was was fitted, no questions asked. He was so helpful and didn't ask for any payment. This was enough for us to trust him with the work, and his quote was £1000 cheaper than the British Gas quote for the same work. After just over one hour Engineer arrived.Was reassuring to see him quickly diagnose the fault, give a detailed explanation of parts required, then replace the parts.
