Big Airport with a lots of branded shops, restaurants and reasonable prices. Little bit crowded due to queues overflowing into the walkways.

Always pleased with Heathrow and it's selection of shops and esteties. Especially enjoy the British Airways lounges and, most of all, the Concorde room.

More of a dump than an airport. Overcrowded, dirty and only gets worse for the bathrooms. Security was fast at least.

I enjoy flying into Heathrow. I spent the night at terminal 4 at the Holiday Inn Express. I took the free tram to terminal 3. The place is always clean. Huge! There are five terminals at this airport. As with most European airports practice, gate assignments are published until 1 hour prior to departure. It is somewhat unnerving not being able to know at which sections of the terminal one must wait on to make a short walk to the assigned gate. The employees are useless.our flight got delayed by 24 hrs and we went for new boarding tickets and they told us we can just scan the old ones. When i enquired the other people from the same flight they all got a new boarding pass so i went back to ask about it. It seems our new tickets weren't even inputted. imagine i didn't ask the other passengers i would be stranded there for God knows how long. More...
