What do you love most about your job?
What I most love about my move to self employed bookkeeping is the opportunity to work closely with with other smaller organisation, bringing my knowledge of multiple organisations types and needs.
What inspired you to start your own business?
It was time for a new challenge, and to gain a better life balance through flexibility. But continue to use my broad commercial experience.

Yes, very much. The modern bookkeeping systems are cloud based, and allow paperless working.
However, I do believe it preferable to meet clients face to face in order to build the best relationships.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
The majority of my time is spend remote working, using Google Meet etc for meetings.
Masks may be worn at face to face meetings as appropriate, and in line with guidelines.

Processing purchase invoices, clearing bank feeds, bank reconciliations.
VAT preparation and return submission.
