John at Gauci IT really helped me with my issue. He was really knowledgeable. I felt in I was in safe hands at all times and I was really impressed with his honesty and sincerity. My computer was slow and becoming impossible to use as it was always coming up with popups. Almost immediately after looking at the problem first hand he told me that it was highly likely to be a virus and told me the various options that I had. What inspired you to start your own business?
I have a burning desire to provide better IT services at affordable prices, not just for the corporate world but for individuals who do not necessarily have access to professional IT teams.

I pride myself, delivering honest professional IT services that are based on the individuals needs. I provide detailed report information pre and post service, therefore the customer is able to decide on how to proceed and has a record of works carried out. I am a legitimate UK registered company and value each and every client, my services exist because of my clients, and I am very appreciative of that. I have over 30 Years IT experience, managing large enterprise IT Operations to servicing individuals remotely or at their homes.

With most cases, we are able to offer remote support, however this is dependent on the task.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We always always use new protective gloves as well as face masks during our visits, we also observe safe social distancing between us and our clients, and will always suggest remote assistance where possible.
