Daniel repaired damage caused by another incompetent technician. He arrived on time and was well equipped. He quickly diagnosed the problems and repaired them efficiently. At all times he was pleasant, cooperative and communicative. He gave advice and did a full safety check after he had finished. He provided a full written report which is very unusual in my experience. I had to ring him afterwards with a problem. Turns out it was my fault but he fixed it anyway. What do you love most about your job?
I love exploring electronics and computers in particular, I actually built my first computer at 13 years old after the computer in the house broke down, effectively creating a new computer out of the good parts I could take out of the old one and replacing/upgrading the other parts that needed it. I left school at the end of year 11 and went straight to college where I studied IT engineering and on leaving college secured a position at PC World fixing computers in-store as well as advising customers on what computers to purchase based on their needs.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After leaving PC World in 2008 and even before leaving school I have always wanted to assist people with using computers and other technology products. I even spent time volunteering at my old school as a tech whilst at college to further enhance my skills. After obtaining My certification in 2010 the next logical step was to start my own company up so in September 2010 I have constantly ran a business since then supporting home customers to Major companies.

We have a proven track record of providing affordable and hassle free repairs to our customers. We are partnered with Microsoft, Dell, HP, Bullguard & Bitdefender. We have invested healy in the software and hardware tools we use to ensure we can quickly and effectively diagnose and repair any issues and provide a minimum 1 year warranty most repairs.
We offer a free diagnostic service at our repair centre in Hunts Cross, we will be more than happy to diagnose any PC or Laptop free of charge and advise on the best solution to fix the issue and if you decide you do not want to go ahead we understand that too but we will provide a detailed estimate showing where the fault lies and what work needs to be carried out.

We can carry out a free no obligation diagnostic in out repair centre in hunts cross. We will diagnose the fault and provide a detailed estimate showing exactly what parts are needed and work required.
Flat Rate Repair
We charge a flat rate of £46.00 for all repairs in our repair centre, all you will need to pay in addition to this is any pats that may be required, don't worry as we will diagnose and provide a quote before we carry out any repair work and if you decide not to proceed you will not be charged.
