Absolutely shocking customer service! Trust me avoid this company, they are totally unreliable! I took an afternoon off work for them to do a boiler service between 12 and 5pm, and at 12.
30pm on the afternoon they were meant to be coming I received a text saying they would not be attending - no reason nothing!
Spoke to a very nonchalant man when I did call, who did not even apologise and said "what do you want us to do" - dreadful company with awful customer service! Totally unreliable, and they really don't care about letting you down!
