DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH ANY JOB YOU HAVE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN !! COWBOYS !!

Well where to start, went onto Bark to find a company to reseal my concrete stamped drive and a lad from LH roofing and garden services came to quote me. He looked very young but told me he knew exactly what I wanted and that they did lots of drive ways like mine. His quote was pretty good so I decided to give them the job.
On the day they started work two of them came, the young lad and an even younger lad who looked about 16. They pressure washed it first then went away while it dried. Long story short it was a total mess. I was asked to pay in full before completion and i told them I never pay until I’ve seen the finished job, to which the older lad replied ‘our boss won’t be happy’.
It was patchy, paint was spilt everywhere and it was so bad it was obvious they didn’t know what they were were doing.
I cried when I saw it and contacted Len Hughes the owner. He told me that they do lots of these drives but admitted it was a mess.
He came back to try and fix it but the next day when I looked at it there were bubbles of paint all over it because he painted it on a very hot day, which apparently you never do.
He said he would try again and promised me he would put it right and asked for £300 for materials he had bought, which I very stupidly paid. After he went I never saw him again. My son who had spoken with him had two numbers for him but he ignored him. I tried to contact him to ask him what he had used so i could get someone to come and put it right but I was ignored. My drive is ruined and they took my money without a thought for me.
I went on to Facebook and gave a bad review because I don’t want anyone else to be scammed like me.
A day or so later a man message me on messenger asking if I knew this man Leonard Hughes address which I gave him, he said they had done his elderly Dad out of £6000 and he was going to sort him out. I told this lad that the address his company was under on Bark was false but I don’t know what happened.
DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE. I have written an email to Bark but this company is still being advertised on their site so they are obviously not interested in customer care.
I now have to pay lots of money to get this mess put right. More...

Read the quote carefully and qualify exactly what is being done. Work ok but never completed. Cost works out at £100 an hr. promised to come back and rectify the misunderstanding in the quote but never did. Took the Money and ran more fool us. More...
