From a small new build bland garden to a useable neat space to enjoy. John could not be more helpful with assisting us with our plans. John has just completed our garden and it's amazing, the built in sleeper seat within the borders is just great. We love the artificial grass which looks really realistic. John talked us through his design and let us change what we wanted. He was always on time and very friendly/professional. We are delighted with the work we've just had completed on our driveway and extending our patio. John was creative and inspirational and clearly has 'a vision'. As per previous reviews, the price we paid was the price quoted. John was patient whilst we deliberated on decisions. Always considerate from ensuring all was tidy after he left every day to not cutting slabs too early in the morning. Communication was always good too. John transformed my front and back garden in Jan/Feb this year. He worked in all weathers and solidly for about 5 weeks, even weekends. You can see the results in the photos. John has just completed block paving the driveway and front garden at my home (photos on this page). He incorporated curves, straight lines, steps and cobbles which has resulted in a fabulous new front garden for me. I am so pleased with it. The attention to detail is unquestionable. John and his colleague Harry, worked really hard, every day, including the Bank Holiday weekend to get this finished for me. I had been looking round at driveways for some time before and since it has been finished, and can honestly say mine is the best I have seen! John is professional, polite, and punctual; price quoted was what was charged. He kept me informed about what was being done at all stages of the project. He designed my garden and I am very pleased with the outcome. Harry is also very polite and hard working. It is so refreshing to find someone who does what they say they will do; when they say they are going to do it and for the price they quoted. My neighbour commented on how considerate they were about working on my side of the boundary between our properties and ensuring she was not inconvenienced. She also said she had noticed how hard working they were and likes the finished result. I cannot recommend John highly enough. I havent even used this company BUT I wanted to write a review because I have seen them doing work on 2 different properties near my house and I was so impressed at how hard the guys worked. They were there over the weekend and bank holiday and the end result was stunning. There are other companys doing work near our house and they seem awful. Stopping for breaks every 5 minutes and finishing early. Garden Escapes work long hard hours to give a professional finish. I felt so strongly about how good I thought they were just from observing from my own house that I had to write a review! I will definitely be thinking of contacting them for work on our garden!
