Nick was extremely prompt getting back to me when my grandparents' garage was reversed into and would not open. I was liaising with him via text to make sure my elderly grandparents were informed when he would be coming. He was extremely swift fixing the problem, was so kind and friendly and even gave a discount on completion because he finished quickly. Wish there were more people like Nick around!
