What do you love most about your job?
Being able to help people is by far the best part of my job. When most clients get in touch, they are worried or nervous about getting a Will in place as it may be the first time they have done it and don't know what to expect. To be able to help them through the process to the point where they are recommending you to family and friends means so much. You know that you have done a good job for them which is a feeling I love.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always wanted my own business, and when a very close friend contracted a life-threatening disease it made me reassess my work-life balance. It was this nudge that I needed to take the plunge and I have not looked back since (the bonus being my friend made a full recovery!)
Why should our clients choose you?
Going through the process of writing a Will can be a daunting process and so I bring compassion, understanding and professionalism to all client interactions I have. Everyone's situation is different, so it is vital that you speak to someone knowledgable who can create a bespoke solution for your individual circumstances. I will never try and "sell" you a product or solution if I don't think it is the right thing for you, and all my pricing is transparent on the website.
I am also an active member of the Institute of Professional Willwriters, which ensures that my standards reflect their Code of Conduct (endorsed by Trading Standards).
