Exemplary service and quality parts.These guys do what they say they’ll do and they do it well!Don’t waste your time going anywhere else for phone repairs. I did and regretted it!This is a genuine review from a business user who lost a lot of money (due to the phone not working) going to another company first who used a cheap screen then tried to tell me when I went back that it was fitted properly (even though I had to press it to make it connect) and that iPhones don’t work when cold.Meanwhile it was sending all the wrong customers unintelligible messages and calling them inappropriately at all times of day!So if you want a good repair at a fair price go straight to the Plymouth Gadget Repair and not to the other repair company out of town.Thanks again to Plymouth Gadget Repair. Outstanding service, can’t thank them enough on the repair on my phone after making a big mistake of getting somebody that didn’t know what they were doing which caused damage to the phone l, after leaving with the gadget repair store my phone is in perfect working condition looking as new like when I first got it. great shop and very friendly people, took my iphone in as it had stopped charging thought i needed a new charging port but the lady took a look and cleaned it out and it now charges perfectly again and this was done without ant charge, Thank you very much Plymouth Gadget repair it was much appreciated

I visited the shop this morning to have my daughters iphone looked at as we thought the charging port was broken . But after a quick look from the staff , I was told it was only a dirty port which they cleaned out for me and didn't even charge me . Thank you for your help in sorting out this problem . I had a problem with my scene on my Apple I pad. My daughter searched for me to where I could get it sorted. On making contact with them by email. They returned with a reply very fast. I went in to see them today. The service was excellent. Really pleasant, honest service. The gentleman sorted it out for me in no time. No charge. That is honesty for you. Repeat customer due to bad luck with screens but...Went in today with a faulty charger port thinking I would need it replaced. Had it looked at and all that was required was debris cleared out for no charge whatsoever. Phone now charges perfectly but the best thing is if they really wanted to they could’ve just charged £45 and replaced the charger port. Very honest and shows a lot of integrity. Very rare to see these days. Hopefully I never break my phone again but if I do I’ll be straight down to gadget repair. Cheers �� More...

Really great service. I gave them a call this morning explaining that I needed the power port replacing on my iPhone 6S. They said they could do the repair today, and their quote was £10 cheaper than their competitors. Off to a great start. When I arrived, the helpful lady took my phone to the back room, then returned a couple of minutes later with a working phone. The port just needed cleaning. They cleaned the speaker also whilst there. Best of all. No charge! Who does that these days? Obviously a trust worthy family business who looks after their customers. Really impressed. More...

I have used Plymouth Gadget Repairs four times in the last two years.
Every time I have been pleased with the quality and promptness of the repair.
This is a man who really knows his stuff and I wouldn't even think of going elsewhere in Plymouth for phone and gadget repairs.
You can really trust this business, yesterday I took my I phone in for repair, it turned out that it was only a loose connection and so they didn't charge me!
Now that's honesty and customer service, you don't see that very often these days.

These guys are top class.

I smashed my phone a month ago and loads of my friends told me to head down to Plymouth Gadget Repair and I did just that.

The young lady at the desk was incredibly friendly and for a very reasonable price my iPhone was like brand new that very same day!

The best bit is that they give a three month warranty with their repairs, so I know that they are confident in their work, and that I'm totally covered if there are any problems (I don't expect there to be any problems. the phone is working PERFECTLY)

I decided to get myself a case for my phone so I wouldn't have to get it fixed again. They had a large selection of cases so it was easy to find one that I liked.
