Excellent service (again) from GadgetRehab. Screen replacement on my wife’s iPhone 7, new battery on my iPhone 6s and new battery on my wife’s iPad 2. Phones the day before so they could get the parts in. Said iPhones would be same-day repair with iPad the day after. Dropped items off at ca. 1100 hrs. I needed a replacement battery for my phone. I had bad experiences in the past so this time I took care. I checked many places but settled on Gadget because its presentation was convincing and it was an established business. Likewise the many reviews were sincere. I live an hour away so they replaced the battery while I waited. They even offered to investigate if they could repair a PURE radio for me. This will be my preferred repair shop in future. Delighted. Have used these guys multiple times. My latest part, I sent them a BMW gear box control unit which is a non-manufactured replacement part. I would not recommend using them I am afraid. I booked an appointment but when I turned up they made a mistake in not having the right replacement screen in stock due to a clerical error. They then took my phone but then ordered the wrong phone screen because they did not check themselves what phone it was before making the order. I therefore had to wait another day for them to order the right screen in the end. They did not offer me a discount for their error. I had to ask for one! The customer service was not good and the customer service manner by a guy called Max was below a good standard. The discount was only £10 for approx 3 day delay due to THEIR errors. I later found out that they still overcharged me by 45 pounds for a replacement A51 samsung phone screen - i could have got it quicker and cheaper with a competitor in Eden. I would therefore not use Gadget Rehab and suggest you go to other competitors in the high wycombe area based on my honest experience recently. More...

Repairing electronics is our everything. No two days are ever the same in the world of electronic repairs. Our work comes with technical challenges that we love to conquer and do all it takes to provide the most positive results.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The director Mr Daniel Beckford has always loved technology, from a really young age he was already disassembling and repairing gadgets around the house.
With his keen interest in electronics and technology, Mr Beckford went on to study Computer Science at university. Much to his surprise after the 1st year of his undergraduate degree, Computer Science was not quite what he expected it to be and so decided to move courses to study Business Management.
After completing his degree he went completely off course into financial advising, providing financial advice for one of the worlds leading banks. Despite his newfound love for financial services, his first love for technology was always haunting him.
Combining his love for technology and his knowledge in business management and financial services he decided to embark on a new journey and started his own electronics repair business which has grown year on year and has an excellent reputation for delivery.

At Gadget Rehab our goal is to become Buckinghamshire's number 1 choice for consumer electronic repairs, we aim to do this by 2024. To achieve this we will put our customers first, listening to their needs and continue to provide best in class repair services. Our relationship management approach has allowed us to be a cut above the rest in customer services. Our turnaround time on repairs is usually same day or guaranteed within 3-5 working days. You will be given your own dedicated consultant and technician who will assist you from start to finish. As part of our customer service agreement, we offer free diagnostics and up to 12 months warranty on your most repairs.

Some of our services can be done remotely however the majority of our work requires advanced equipment and tools which must be carried out in our workshops.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have adapted to complement organisational changes due to Covid-19. We have now reopened our drop-off service. Customers must have a prior booking, wear a face-covering (unless medically exempt) and adhere to government guidelines when in-store. We also offer a local collection and delivery services for customers as well as national DHL collection and delivery services.

Audio equipment repairs
We repair most audio equipment including speakers, turntables, amplifiers, mixers, headphones etc
Data recovery
We offer advanced level data recovery and for hard drives, mobile phones, flash drives and other data storage devices.
