How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
By making the goals as specific as possible to really find out what you really want! We all want to lose weight and look better but why? How much weight? Look at the specifics then we will start to make progress.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There is not secret! Be consistent (not perfect) over long periods. I am here to help you be more consistent and teach you everything I know.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing progress and results in others gives me huge gratification. I enjoy chatting to great people from different backgrounds and working in a friendly environment where we all want the same thing.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Starting my own business is the biggest goal I have ever set and nothing would make me more proud than setting up a successful business. I love what I do and I wanted to help people doing it my way as I have seen the results first hand.

I provide in person 1-1 training and also online coaching.
Online coaching gives you the freedom to train in your own time while I provide the program, information and accountability you need to be successful. I provide regular check in's with clients and can offer feedback on technique, nutritional advice and much more.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our gym is a friendly, clean space where machines are regularly wiped down and facilities such as toilets and showers are available.
