Joseph was hired to repair a leak in our gutter (as well as generally cleaning the gutters). He took significantly less time than he estimated, but assured me the work had been done. I subsequently discovered that the leak was not repaired. Joseph has not been answering calls, texts and an email from me regarding this. I trusted the work had been done adequately and promptly paid. Unfortunately Joseph appears to have been dishonest and evasive. More...
