I'm enjoying the sessions with Greg it's a very intensive work out I started few months ago and I'm feeling stronger and more energetic when I started I thought I'd quite after a few sessions but with the push I was getting to motivate myself I got better posture and my body is starting to shape itself I give Greg 5 ☆ I'd recommend Greg to anyone who wants to help themselves he's got a great personality and easy to talk to about dietary and gym advice

I really didn't know how stiff and inflexible I was till I started training with Greg. I thought I was just getting old and that's how it was!
In only three weeks he has got me doing stuff that I haven't been able to do for years and I don't creak and groan when I get out of bed now.
I'm really looking forward to the next few months to see where this takes me.
Highly recommended - and has a sense of humour as well!

I have been training with Greg for just over 12 weeks now and have enjoyed every single minute! it’s the first time I’ve ever enjoyed training in a gym. The training sessions are varied and he provides an all rounded service like focusing on nutrition as well as exercise so that I achieve my goals quicker. Cannot recommend him enough! More...

I have been training with greg for over a year now.
I started with his bootcamps which i loved and saw amazing results,he is so professional and really knows his stuff.
I then booked some personal training sessions with him.
Wow now that was next level,he designed a programme for me not only to help my fitness levels but to help with my overall posture a well being.
He is so passionate about his fitness and you can tell he generally wants to help you be the best you can be.

I've been with Greg now for three months, and the results have been unbelievable. He has got me doing things I never believed on the first session three months ago I would be able to do. The change in me has been great. I now look forward to going to the gym. Every session is different, never boring, or the same, they are hard work but fun too, that's all down to Greg who seems to know my abilities better than I do!
Cannot recommend him to people enough, great guy, I'm really enjoying every session and how much my fitness is improving.
Can't wait to see what the next three months will bring.

i'm 52 and had ballooned in weight. i have worked with Greg for around 3 months and my muscle mass and strength has grown exponentially. I have lost over 4 stone and have become addicted to continuing my new exercising life. Greg has been excellent and extremely knowledgeable. Like everyone my age i have bits of my body that hurt, in my case, elbows, Greg constantly adjusts my exercises around these problems. if you have any doubts, give Greg a chance to show you. More...

I’ve just completed my 8th week of training with Greg. We have been working on things to improve my power output when sprinting and strength to help my performance when playing football. We’ve been doing Olympic lifting, such as dead lifts, squats, snatches and cleans. As well as other dynamic powerful movements and exercises. I’ve always avoided this type of training in the past due to a lack of knowledge about the correct techniques. He broke down every type of lift into manageable segments with little to no weight until I got the correct technique. Once the techniques were correct we progressed with the weight. I found his style of instruction really easy and good to follow. He also identified a couple of weak areas I could improve upon that I wasn’t aware of before. We’ve been working on my ankle mobility, strengthening my weakness in my right side and working on improving my core strength. I’ve seen real improvements since working with Greg and would highly recommend him as a personal trainer if you want to see results. More...

I've just finished 12 weeks with Greg and I feel fantastic! Not only has he helped me with losing inches, but he's also given me confidence both in and out of the gym. I feel fitter, stronger and healthier! Greg is a great motivator and really tailors your sessions to suit you and your goals. He puts you through your paces but knows your limits!
