I’m an encouraging, warm and understanding Life Coach. I’ve got 21 years experience within the Life Coaching/Counselling field. I specialise in supporting people through the adoption process, parenting children who have experienced trauma, parenting, confidence/self esteem and issues surrounding relationships. However, I am confident in all areas of Life Coaching, I enjoy a challenge and I’m not afraid to gently push you to move forward with issues you feel stuck with.
