One of our Tenants reported a leak in her roof following some extreme weather. We contacted Furber the same day. The roof was professionally inspected two days later and the work was completed eleven days after the intial report. We were delighted with the work that was been done and the speed at which Furber were able to attend the address, identify the problem, provide a quote and then attend on the agreed date to carry out the repairs.Our Tenant was also very happy because of the speed of the response from Furber and the minimal fuss / disruption in carrying out the repairs.Furber's service is amazingly good which is why we will use them again on any of our future roofing problems. I was really not looking forward to having our roof replaced, everyone was very off putting. Well, it wasn't exactly a walk in the park but not the nightmare I expected.
So, if you are putting off the day you have your roof done, fear not, with Furber Roofing, you'll be fine.
I was worried my garden would be a casualty of the work but Joe listened to my concerns and made sure the crew worked with minimal disturbance.
We consider ourselves very fortunate to have had Martin in charge of our work, he is clearly a perfectionist.

I called Furber roofing at 10.00am on Saturday morning to ask if they could help with a leaking Velux roof light. The lady who answered was very clear and professional and promised we would receive a visit before 1300 that same day. The young man,Craig, duly arrived as promised inspected the job,saw what the problem and fixed it there and then. I have had a property ,one way or another for 50 years with all the attendant breakdowns and repairs but i can't remember being more impressed withe the way Furber Roofing dealt with my problem.I checked out other roofing websites who claimed to be Velux experts but suspected that many of these slick websites are actually not local firms. I also suspect they would have wanted to sell me a complete replacement unit ( I wouldn't have known any different!) I think the advantage Furber offer is the fact that they are a long established FAMILY firm with a reputation to maintain and the difference shows.
