Kathy has helped us immensely with our Word of Mouth Mammogram e Network (WoMMeN) breast screening hub and has had to demonstrate the patience of a saint. ..which she has! The development of our site involved an extremely iterative approach as we used patients and practitioners to come up with design and content ideas. Because there were around 100 of us this meant lots of ideas and toing and froing! The final site is amazing but no doubt we will continue to badger Kathy for tweaks here and touches there and I just know she will continue to respond with the professionalism and flexibility she has demonstrated throughout.
