I have experience with many different clients from the young to the young at heart, from general health improvement to flexibility and toning through strength and sports specific to body building

Q&As

I'm a firm believer in weight training for every one weather its with body weight, free weights or a combination of both. A lot of people are put off of Weight training because they think of bodybuilders, this is not the case its how you train with the weights that gives the different results. For example the most common goal is to lose weight of course healthy eating is a apart of this as is exercise but through the correct weight training you increase your lean muscle mass(this is not size) lean muscle needs more calories to maintain its self you are then hitting your goal from three angles not just one or two and when you reach your target having the lean muscle makes it much easier to stay there .

Self discipline and perseverance I can get you there with good, hard and fun training with me , meal plans and training plans/routines. But I can't be there 24/7 you have to be strict with yourself too, that's not to say your totally on your own you have my number for those times when you need a bit of a pep talk or just not sure what to do. Getting that body is a journey not just physically but mentally as well and its a lifestyle change but it can be fun and it is empowering.

Seeing that look on the face of a person who thought they couldn't realize that they can and they have.

I became a personal trainer so I could empower clients to change their lives in the same I did and was.

I've been on the same journey they are about to embark on, I know what its like, the highs and lows and the times you want to reach for the chocolate. But I also know what a great feeling it is to get there to hit your goals and can reassure my clients that with my help they will get there too.

Services

One to one personal training, all clients are given a diary with with workouts in, training plans and wear applicable eating plans. Theses are to be used by clients to record results when not training with me and to keep a food dairy in for me to check and make suggestions where applicable.

The next step down from one to one personal training, the client and my self are in contact via e-mail. to start the client sends me pictures and measurements of them self's and results from a fitness test that I have give them to complete. Then its a very similar process to one to one training they are given their training routines ,plans and eating guidance the only difference is they have to e-mail their results every time they have completed a workout and like wise send me copy's of their food diary's and when need measurements and photos as they and I progress them through their training. The down side to this is with one to one I'm there in person to push them and see their results first hand and make sure by sight that their training Technics are right.

These are one of training plans for either all over body training or training plans for specific ares such as Chest. The plans are designed to give a good workout and training progression for the specific needs of the client.
