I cannot Thank Fully Loaded Removals enough. From the moment I first contacted them regarding my enquiry they were understanding, helpful and made me feel reassured. I needed to transfer my late fathers fish tank including tank water, livestock, tank ornaments and filtration products from Lowerstoft Suffolk to Baldock Hertfordshire. Even though this move was very specialist, Fully Loaded reassured me that they were fully experienced in this type of move and had team members that were experienced and understood the logistics of moving a Fish tank. When the moving day came they were efficient and kept to the times that had been arranged. They set up the fish tank at my house and transferred all livestock and ornaments. They were kind and the customer service was first class. Their price was competitive and Was worth every penny! They even contacted me after to check the tank was ok and I was happy with everything. I work with a young man who has previously been homeless and just moved into a flat but didn’t have much I managed to get him a free sofa but needed somebody to collect it and drop it off to him for me . First time I have stumped up the cash for a removal firm instead of roping all my mates and their cars in and it taking 3 days! Super professional, had all of our 3 bed emptied and onto 2 vans and settled in by 3:30pm the next day. This included a rather old, outdated and massive Piano!
