What do you love most about your job?
Helping women experience profound shifts within themselves, so that they can remove the weight they have been carrying, allowing them to create positive and fulfilling lives, post divorce, seperation or set backs
What inspired you to start your own business?
After suffering with mental health myself after going through a very challenging divorce, I used a life coach, the method and tools I used provided me with huge shifts within my confidence. Once I saw how powerful this was, I knew I had to go onto train so that I can help other women create a life they deserve with the inner critic and negative thoughts that often stop us from growing and keep us stuck. There is more to life after sepreation, than just being a single parent. What inspired me to start this business is to allow you to see you dont just have to 'survive' from here, you can rebuild your confidence and self esteem and start to live a thriving life.

I am able to provide deep transformation for my clients, I have been there, where you feel stuck, head spinning in a negative cycle, I am completely understanding and none judgmental, down to earth and just want my clients to THRIVE.
Going through a divorce myself and being a single mum, I know the struggles of co parenting with a narcassist and know how much it can impact your mental well being and confidence.
