They claim to be authorised Hikvision destributors / sellers, but they are not, they sell copy's from China of High end Hikvision cameras etc.
The 3yr warranty is not covered by Hikvision. Spoke to them today and they won't have anything to do with CUCCTV.
Stay away and choose a certified and authorised seller if you value your money and want a real warranty.
