From the second I stepped through the doors to the second I left I was wowed. Showed around the salon introduced to other members of staff (which is great for anyone with anxiety) and Zoe spent time really understanding my needs. She gave me an amazing cut, chatting all the time making me feel at ease. Marina also made the effort to introduce herself and get involved in the excitement of my friends wedding etc. The information on the products was very informative but at the time felt like they were almost over sold, but when I asked if the girls were on commission was told no but they all believe in the products so much they enjoy selling them. Which make me more confident in purchasing in the future. As I was leaving I was handed a cute little box with a thank you on which contained so chocolates, what a lovely touch. Thank you Zoe for my new hair and Marina your team is amazing, keep doing what you are doing. More...

FANTASTIC ladies, FANTASTIC product and a wonderful experience every time I arrive to when I leave.
It always feels like I'm leaving a new lady and the redken product I now use at home helps keep me feeling this way.
I can't fault the experiences I've had with them.
My hair is In the most amazing condition! I'd hugely recommend a cut, colour, treatment or even just a blow dry.

On arrival staff were very polite & professional. Marina & Lisa spent time advising me about the colours that would suit my natural colouring & were very knowledgeable about the products that they use. Lisa was lovely to talk to but gave a fantastic colour & a cut that I am extremely pleased with. Kirstie washed & treated my hair giving me tips on how to use the products. I haven't been this pleased with my hair in a long time, will follow the treatment regime recommended & an added bonus was that the whole experience was enjoyable & I really felt pampered.
