Friendly repair have been very helpful in sorting a number of issues for me. I received excellent service with replacing my pcs graphic card and with clearing issues that were causing my laptop to work slowly. Would highly recommend.
What do you love most about your job?
The pleasure I get being able to troubleshoot and repair broken equipment going from a faulty or broken device to a working one. I enjoy meeting new people and just making a difference.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had had enough of working for a company which offered little support and advancement so was looking for a way in which I could directly work for customers giving them great customer service and an efficient and friendly approach to repair.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have worked professionally with computer repair and troubleshooting for over fifteen years, while building and making my own computers , I am very technically minded. I also have just completed a mobile phone and tablet course and aiming for more qualifications shortly.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Pick up and drop off at door. All devices will be wiped down and cleaned prior to return.
