Had my stairs and hallway cleaned by this company .wish i did not . Their are lots of scraps on my carpet where the workers have dug into it. My carpet is ruined

I was assured they will go down after a day . They have not
I have guests coming and now i have to buy a rug to cover the marks

We explained before the job that your carpet is very old and has a lot of wear and tear. No matter how much we shampoo or steam the carpet the scratches will remain. This was clearly stated to her before the job was carried out. Very sorry to hear this review as we try our very best to give the best service we possible can.

Had my hallway and front room carpets cleaned was excellent service from start to finish will use always now so if you are thinking about any cleaning use this great company

Spoke to Ray, who responded to my request. Very professional from the start and good rates. He managed to organise cleaning the same day (within 2hrs! ). The lady who came was extremely professional and respectful. Asked that we see the areas she cleaned prior to moving on. She was prompt in timing and did an excellent job!
