I can't thank Eli and his team enough - on taking possession of my new house I discovered that the sellers had left all their belongings and those of previous generations back to 1930 in the house and cellar, but Fresh Start emptied the whole place including the carpets. From initial contact to supplying the clearance service was the perfect experience made easier by the helpful 'can do' attitude. We thought this would need to be booked in for some time, but after getting my quote the team mobilised within the hour making everything so much easier than to have to come back another time. The muscle men were very polite, helpful, strong and efficient. They removed everything we asked including old wardrobes, beds, carpets and Lino! I cannot praise Fresh Start highly enough. Fresh start was exactly that for my husband and his business. He recently moved to Bristol and needed some friendly faces and professionals to help him. Luckily fresh start were there to help. These guys are good – and friendly. I was dreading clearing my parents house when they both went into a care home. My father had been something of a hoarder and although I had gone through and removed all the paperwork I could find, I was still left with a mountain of stuff. It would have taken me months to sort and recycle it all. Eli and his team did a great job, clearing the whole property in a few days and presenting me with a load of personal papers and photographs that I had failed to find. The fee for their services was very reasonable and, considering all the headaches (and, let’s face it, heart-ache) that doing it myself would have entailed, it was definitely well worth the money.
