Got this so called painter in after having a new expensive kitchen fit, told him it needs 2 be neat and no splashes over new kitchen, wow is all I can say do not use this company think he uses his teeth as his paintbrush now ignoring my calls n txts

Unfortunately Reece had a plaster job done. New plaster, it was a bad job. He then fitted a brand new kitchen before the new plaster was painted and expected us to do a brilliant job. I was in the process of doing a brilliant job but after the first coat of paint it needed to dry before i could finish the work with another coat of paint. There were a few minor splashes of paint. Nothing that would not clean with 10 min of work to leave the neat professional job that we deliver 100% of the time. Meanwhile Reece goes home goes ballistic calls me up threatens to thump me and visit me with all sorts of nasty things. I tried calling him several times about the difficulties with his new plastering job, and the fact that we were not finished and the paint work would need another coat and some clean up would need to be done. I also added that the painting should have been done before the kitchen was fitted. However there was nothing that could not have been easily cleaned and neatened if Reece had not exploded. I offered to complete the work to his satisfaction he refused point blank to allow that. My feeling here is that he wanted the work done and not pay for it. Photos of our work is in the photo section. All work is done to the satisfaction of our clients. In the end this man was so nasty and vile in his words that i simply blocked his number. I still have his text messages and voice mail as a reminder of how nasty some people can be. This is not my style. I don't like working for people like him. They are few and far between fortunately and we do wonderful work for a great many lovely people.

Contacted Paul via bidvine and got a very prompt response.
I scheduled a phone call, and Paul called whilst on holiday, this showed me great professionalism and how dedicated he is to his work.
When Paul had a task to clean my parents house, not only did he clean the things I asked him to, but called me and explained the light fittings etc also needed a clean. Not many domestic cleaners go out of their way to do this, but Paul did. Paul did a through deep clean.
We have now hired Paul on monthly basis, to ensure the house is kept clean.

Paul came to us for the first time yesterday and immediately we liked his professional appearance and approach.
With Paul we are to use his skills rather than just a general clean.
He expertly cleaned the many Venetian blinds blinds we have together with all windows and surrounds and pointed out window sealing that he will replace on his next visit.
Oven extractor and surrounding area was next next tackled and he mentioned that he also deep cleaned ovens together with painting.
Paul is a fabulous find and we look forward to seeing Paul for many years to come and will certainly be introducing him and his services our friends and neighbours.

I count cleaning, especially getting professional help with cleaning as healing! Before Paul got started, I wasn't too sure which rooms we should clean, as I had only booked a four-hour slot, so I picked the living and dining rooms. However, Paul insisted on cleaning the kitchen as well, and thank God he did, as there were a couple of areas, including the cooker hood, that were in a dangerous state! I am impressed with his professionalism across the board, as he knows more than I ever will and can recognize problems I wouldn't. Added to this, I enjoyed talking to him, he is easy to talk to. His work is flawless, and he has left the surfaces with a "silken" or "marble" sheen which I would be unable to duplicate. Also, he didn't try to sell me extra services as other tradespeople have, but simply asked how frequently I would like him to come. I will be engaging Paul ever more frequently, because he is punctual, super efficient and very affordable.
