I recently had my wedding flowers from fresh ideas and they were beautiful.. Sam and her team (another Lady really helped me and I can't remember her name but she was also awesome) helped me decide what kind of flowers I wanted as I didn't really have any ideas. .they got it exactly right for me. They also did flowers for my centrepieces which I absolutely adore.. I didn't really give them much of an idea of what I wanted but what they turned up with were better than I ever expected. Sam and her team are amazing! I have being using for nearly 17 years when I first had my wedding flowers from Sam. I have used ever since. Recently I had a vision of what I wanted for a tribute. From the moment I went in to ask about flowers I was not disappointed. I showed Sam an image of what I was after and got exactly what I was hoping for. The button holes were delivered to the groom and the bouquets to the hotel the morning of the wedding. The service was so friendly and professional, and everyone was so kind. Also, Sam's quote was considerably lower than others I received for the exact same flowers, which made me feel she was genuine and not just out to make money the second the word 'wedding' is mentioned. We used Fresh Ideas Florists for our wedding this Saturday and they were absolutely FABULOUS! The flowers were so strikingly beautiful and so much better than I had even expected them to be! Sam and Zeph were so kind and helpful, and stayed in touch throughout. I left it in their very capable hands and they certainly did not disappoint! Sam went above and beyond to help us make our venue look like a dream! The feedback we’ve had is unreal, people saying it was the most stunning wedding they’d been to with the flowers and the colours.
Sam came to our venue early on a Sunday morning durning a busy time for her just to ensure that she understood the layout and dimensions of the room in order to give us the best service. Called into Fresh Ideas yesterday for some ribbon my daughter was desperately trying to source. Not only did they supply some lovely blue ribbon, but also made a gorgeous bow ready to Wrap up a baby shower pressie. ... all at no cost, so a donation to Ashgate Hospice. So helpful and friendly.
