What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We follow the latest Covid-19 guidelines. Being a collection & delivery service, we are a contactless service. Our drivers use face-masks, gloves, and follow social distancing rules when interacting with customers.
Wash & Fold, Wash & Iron
For your everyday laundry of garments and home linens, we offer Wash & Fold service with optional ironing.
When your laundry arrives in our FRESH FOLDS atelier, we sort items into lights and darks, and wash them with 100% safe ingredients.
Garments are washed warm at 30-40°C, towels and linens at 50-60°C unless instructed otherwise, then gently tumble-dried and folded with care before they are delivered back to you.
Ironing
Garments are always hand-pressed to perfection, keeping three-dimensional parts of your clothing such as shirt collars, suit shoulders, and complex blouses intact.
We use pure distilled water in our steam-pressure irons.
On request, we can use naturally scented ironing water with the essence of your choice.
Dry cleaning (Artisan Garment Cleaning)
Artisan cleaning is an alternative method to dry cleaning that is free of solvents and harsh detergents, utilising traditional ways of stain removal and laundering using only natural ingredients as well as gentle techniques of garment valeting such as sponge & press method.
At FRESH FOLDS, we use safe substances that guarantee allergen & irritant-free garments. We blend traditional gentle hand-cleaning and pressing techniques dating back to Victorian times with modern methods such as ozone treatment.
Our gentle approach is suitable for delicate fabrics such as silk, wool, cashmere, feather and down-filled garment or items with complexities and features such as embroidery, ruffles, beads and fringing.

We provide complete, fully non-toxic laundering & cleaning of all your baby’s and toddler’s items, such as:

Shirt Service
At FRESH FOLDS, we provide the finest Shirt Service applying traditional laundering instead of cleaning with solvents to guarantee a skin-safe garment that can last a lifetime.
We care for everyday and luxury shirts.
All shirts are inspected individually for marks and imperfections and naturally spot-treated before laundering. Each shirt is precisely hand-ironed and carefully packed.
We can happily deliver your shirts on your own hangers ready to be placed directly into your wardrobe.
Your shirts will be transported to you in plastic-free garment covers to keep them protected sustainably.
Duvets & Bulky Items Cleaning
This service is for bulky items such as pillows, duvets, mattress protectors and heavy items such as blankets and curtains.
As bed hygiene is important in alleviating skin and breathing issues, within the Duvets & Bulky Items service, we can set up a reminder on your behalf every few months to keep your bed and sofa items fresh and free of dust mites by regular washing, which ensures removal of dead skin, dust, sweat and mites’ poop that have built up in your bed items over time.
Outdoor/Sports Wear & Gear Cleaning
If you need a one-off or a regular treatment of your active wear and gear, this is the service for you.
We clean all non-leather sportswear, such as motorbike clothing, ski-suits, or playing field kits, including protective gear or any other outdoor activity equipment such as rucksacks or sleeping bags, and workwear too.
Our treatment also restores the properties of functional clothing by removing the build-up of detergent residues within the fibre and allowing it to perform its original function.
Your footwear and sports gear such as gloves are disinfected using green ozone sanitation treatment to kill bacteria, viruses, fungi and completely remove bad odour.
