Highly recommend Kev! After going jet skiing I was in a lot of pain with my neck and shoulder, I had tried multiple people to help me fix it but with no luck. My trainer then recommended Kev and since then I’m in a lot better condition! After injuring myself again recently he got me in on the same day I messaged.
