I recently used "Free Space" to apply for planning permission for a very large single storey extension ( 60m2 ) on My 1930s semi. ... Craig Matthews took care of all the drawings and where necessary He dealt directly with the planning department..... The local planning department did have some concerns with My proposed extension, but Craig addressed all of these concerns and in consultation with myself altered the drawings to the local planning departments satisfaction.
