Frankie is a very special person. She is intuitive, non judgemental and generous with her expertise. She has helped me and my family for which I am very grateful.

Frankie lives what she teaches; her ability to be fearlessly authentic encourages every encounter.

My time with Frankie is always an enlightening experience. She has the amazing ability to shed light on perspectives I sometimes can’t see by asking the right questions at what seems to be the right time. She allows me to come to my own conclusions as to how best to move forward with action for anything I may want to achieve in my personal growth. I found Frankie at a really difficult time for me. I was struggling with what I thought was just really bad anxiety. After several weeks we began to unpick my thoughts and feelings and she made me realise there was more going on for me. She helped me to find what worked for me and gave me the confidence to try new things and get back on a path I had previously been on. Drip Drip Drip….that is how slowly my energy and motivation went. I worked 23 years in corporate, loving what I did, full of enthusiasm and desire. But then I started to feel less and less and less energy. I was irritable and could not be bothered to get excited over problems my colleagues thought were oh so important. Frankie came into my life just at this point, I was searching for my passion – she helped me see I was looking in the wrong places. Her knowledge of Human Design helped me understand how to create a life that is in alignment with my purpose. Her coaching focused on empowering me to find my own answers – but through her gift of seeing me and understanding the broader context of life, it was her questions, her way of framing things that helped me change my rendering of life. Having Frankie as a life coach has been incredible experience and a transformational journey.
I started working with Frankie in order to work on my confidence, self-limiting and intruding
thoughts, and searching for mindfulness. Mainly, we focused on gaining clarity and
connecting to my true intentions and core values to help me achieve my goals.
There are not enough words to describe the changes I have experienced through the past few
months working with Frankie. Frankie challenged me to do a lot of deep inner work, helping
me break down any problem, or limitations I had in my mindset.
We have also touched upon the Human Design topic, where we looked at my Human Design
Chart and analysed it, helping me gain a deeper understanding of myself and others around
me, and seeing how I can use it when making life decisions, or through-out life.
I am extremely grateful for Frankie. Her support in my journey and career has helped me see
enormous changes through-out all the 12 sessions we have held together. She has been very
patient, respective and understanding. I have developed a much better understanding of
myself.
Thank you so much for encouraging me to create strong boundaries and that I have
everything it takes within me to follow what I deserve.
I am on a greater path in my professional and personal life, and everything feels so much
lighter now.

I had a short programme of 1:1 sessions with Frankie last year when I was going through a number of big life events and changes. Using her own personal style along with a number of tools, she helped me to think about some goals and ideal life scenarios, and more importantly helped me better understand and work towards resolving some limiting beliefs I had since childhood.
