n my 30’s I was in a very serious accident. A truck hit me on my pushbike. In a coma for 3 weeks and on crutches for 6-months, I experienced physical trauma, pain, and fear that I would never be able to do the things i love again. This experience motivated me to learn as much as I could about physical therapies and the human body. Training and learning from some of the best strengths and conditioning gurus in the world i’m now as fit as i ever was. i do this to help others.

Training with me you will get the results you’re looking for. I have a deep understanding of how the body works. Looking at how various parts of the body are interconnected, i can trace your pain or chronic condition to its source if any. Then I design the strength and conditioning program with some specific corrective exercises and muscle activation technics

With 22 years of experience in PT and Sports Rehab I'm happy to also teach you how YOUR body works and physically rehab yourself between sessions.
